Hmm

This seems very cluttered. Like everything is trying to play the loudest. Try and mix with low volumes with synth, and try to keep thing under usually -3db. You want people to turn up your music, not down. Have different panned synths so it doesn't sound it's all playing in one area. Also don't have every single synth a SAW because that also has the problem of making everything fuzzy. The synth with the melody your using sounds too fuzzy, maybe cause of everything else overpowering everything.

Try using different drum packs as well. It just seems a bit basic, and it repeats over and over again. Repetition is fine, but for drums it does get boring sometimes.

Overall, keep it up. It does seem a bit basic right now, but this is a demo. 5/5 8/10

Cool chilled out track.

I enjoyed this very much. It relaxed me and almost made me sleep, and I did not notice that it repeated a couple times, lol. It does get repetitive, but this is club music, or something similar, so who cares. Keep it up guys.

BiPass responds:

I personally think the intro is bland but couldn't think of anyways to spruce it up a bit.

Nice.

Everything sounds really cool. Really nice sliced up vocals, cool pitch bends, etc. In some parts, the vocals sounds like it has too much mid EQ. I don't know if it's just me. But overall they sound really nice.

Also, you should really expand on your synth choices. This would sound amazing if it wasn't all just made from one synth. It sounds great even if you didn't chose different sounds. Excellent track.

Kazmo responds:

I'll be honest, the vocals sound fine on my headset. I won't say it's just you though, b/c maybe other people may feel the same way, then again, due to the lower quality, some of the information is lost, and may result in slight distortion/static noise.

3xOsc is the only way to go. I think it already sounds amazing, for just using one VST. :3

Thanks for the review and feedback!!!

Well,

this definitely has some originality. And this isn't even trance at all, maybe industrial or techno. Trance is more of a lighter sound and is more refreshing than this. This is a great first attempt at creating trance. The presets did ruin this, but the melodies weren't all that bad. If you want to keep on producing trance, listen to http://trance.fm . It will help you a lot, and you'll understand the genre better. That's all I got. Keep it up!

Box-Killa responds:

cool thanks mate

Love it.

Your tracks like these are just really relaxing. I wish I could have your head because I don't seem to get inspiration for making trance until I listen to a new song of yours. Keep up the good work dude. =)

Mrmilkcarton responds:

Hopefully I can finish this and make it into something good.

Nice dude.

I enjoyed this. It relaxed me subconsciously, without me thinking about it. That's great. :) Reason why it's not a full 10 out of 10 is because in the main point of the song, it was a bit muffled up, like it was too much compressed and did not sound as ambient as it could have been. But I love the progression and the synth melody. You told me it would be great if I could remix a track of yours, and I'm thinking about doing this one after I finish up another remix I'm doing. Keep up the good work man. :D

Reasoner responds:

Any remix from you would be amazing I'm sure. I agree with the compression as well. Thanks for being honest and supportive bro.

Cool man.

I'm listening to this with my really awesome bass ear buds, and the bass just sounds awesome in this song :) The only problem I have with this song is the repetitiveness melody, just playing over and over again for 3 minutes. Nice job on the mixing/mastering though :P

EchozAurora responds:

Yeah.. I built the song around the melody.. just adding minor variations to it really. I originally started this by playing out the melody on a keyboard.. and what I played is what I used basically.

Thanks for the review!

Nice dude.

This song, as long it is a good remix or if it is the original mix, always makes me happy for some reason. Just puts a smile on my face, even though it is somewhat of a cheesy song :P There could have been some more bass here, make it more of a head banger, but it still sounded great. Nothing was really "remixed" but it was somewhat of one. Good job on it dude. Mind reviewing my latest track? Thanks man :) 5/5. (Because of low score). 8/10.

DJKodiPink responds:

lol there is more bass on it. i use stereo headphones and it sounds great. also i actually spent 3 days on this, because it kept sounding wrong. but this is the result of hard work.

He he,

The falcon guy pretty much summed all of this song up for me, so Im just gonna point out what I think.

When your voice first entered, it seemed really flat. And came out muffled so it was kind of hard to hear. When it came 3:00 I could actually hear what you were saying instead of just muffled up words like in the beginning xD

Yeah definately, your voice sounds really in tune with this song when your more high on your singing. Im basically repeating what falcon said: Needs more delay and reverb. That would just make this track really uplifting and if you have most of your singing parts up on the high octave instead of the lows. (hence, mastering xD)

Again, Im not criticing you on the mastering track, but just on when your vocals came in And sence that falcon guy said pretty much everything, I dont really know what to say :P. Oo. I loved what you did at 6:00. Very lovely delay and reverb, and it was in tune which made it just sound even more wonderful.

Not bad for overall. Your voice just seemed muffled when you were singing the low parts; probably because of the mastering. But, good job with the lyrics. (As far as what I can hear :P )
